$100.00 Deposit is required for certain boarding reservations.
If a deposit is required you will receive a separate email. Please pay your deposit with the link included via Gingr, in your email using Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express or mail a check to us.
Deposits are due 14 days prior to your scheduled drop off date, which will be in your confirmation email. If you cancel your reservation prior to the 14 day deadline, your $100 deposit will be refunded back to your credit card. If you cancel between 7 days and 14 days of your scheduled drop off date, your deposit will be left as a credit on your account. No refunds will be given. Deposits will be forfeited if cancellation is less than 7 days prior to your scheduled drop off date.
If we do not receive your deposit by the required date, your reservation will be canceled and your space will be given to the next client on our waiting list. NO EXCEPTIONS. Thank you for your understanding.
Example: You are scheduled to drop off your pet(s) on February 21st, your deposit is due on February 7th by 6PM EST.
All changes to the reservation must be made prior to 4 days of the first scheduled day of boarding. If your reservation is canceled or changes are made to your reservation within 4 days, you will still be responsible for the entire original time reserved.
Your reservation will be guaranteed upon receipt of the deposit.
