Twyla was born and raised locally in Greenfield Center. She started volunteering at the Milton Veterinary Hospital in September 1992 as part of a biology project in High School. She was hired to work at the hospital in May 1993. After graduating in 1995 from Saratoga Springs High School, 9th in her class of 459, she attended Union College with the thought of entering veterinary school or medical school afterward. Twyla continued to work part time while earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1999. Twyla decided to take a break from school and started working full time at Milton Manor and began to manage the facility. She loves her job so much she decided that this was what she wanted to do as her career. She learned to groom pets by shadowing a professional groomer and also taking an online course, grooming from 2005 into 2016. She earned her PetTech Pet CPR and First Aid Instructor Certification in May 2017. Twyla looks forward to going to work everyday and plans on staying at Milton Manor indefinitely.

Cassi has lived in Ballston Spa since 2000. She started working part time at Milton Manor in December 2001 while in high school. She graduated from Ballston Spa High School a year ahead of her class in 2003. She continued to work part time while attending Siena College and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management in 2007. After graduating from Siena, Cassi started full time as Assistant Manager. Cassi currently has four dogs, Thunder a Pug, Delta a Boston Terrier, Lightning an Australian Shepherd and Sam a mix breed. She actively competes in agility with three of her dogs and has many titles and championships. In January 2012, Cassi and her husband welcomed their son Nathaniel to the world and in December 2014 they welcomed their second son Lincoln. She earned her PetTech Pet CPR and First Aid Instructor Certification in May 2017. When she is not at work, she is spending time with her family or attending agility shows.

Sierra has lived locally in Greenfield Center all of her life. She started working at Milton Manor as a junior at Saratoga Springs High School. After graduating with an advanced regents diploma in 2006, she went on to attend college at SUNY Oswego. There she joined the equestrian team and biology club, while still working part time over holidays and summer vacations. In 2010 she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology, followed by certification for Pet CPR and First Aid in January 2013. Sierra currently works as a full time receptionist and kennel assistant and takes care of her dog Indy, a miniature dachshund mix. In her spare time she likes to attend auctions and has a passion for antiques.

Nikki has been an animal lover since a child. As an art major in school she found a way to merge her love for animals and art in grooming. Grooming family and friends furry loved ones as a teenager she knew she had found her calling. Specializing in hand scissor cuts and pet hand stripping with a focus on skin and coat issues, Nikki has been grooming as a Professional Pet Stylist now for 15 years and has experience in everything from managing successful salons to owning her own In House grooming business. Nikki has an affinity for Jack Russell Terriers and is owned by her own Jack Russell, Remington. She is proud to be a member of the Jack Russell Terrier Club of America and the International Society of Canine Cosmetologist. Nikki works with the Milton Manor to give back to their community by donating grooming services to pets in need at local shelters to help them find their forever homes. In 2012 Nikki and her partner Zax welcomed their new baby boy into the world, Zachary. When she is not making our furry loved ones look and feel their best or continuing her grooming education by attending seminars, Nikki enjoys spending time with her family hiking, gardening, creating art and playing with their dog Remington.

Bill recently moved from Florida to be closer to family. He's been working in the grooming industry for over 20 years doing everything from working in show and boarding kennels to working and owning a grooming salon. He was also a salon manager and academy instructor for Petsmart. Bill has competed in grooming competitions and for the last several years have owned and shown miniature poodles.

Marlea graduated from Waldorf High School in 2016. She has an older brother and a younger sister along with an 10 year old wheaten terrier named Murphy. In her free time, she likes to play softball and train her dog. When she obtained her internship at Milton Manor in the spring of 2015, she enjoyed it so much that she decided to stay and was hired as a part time employee. She has been having a blast working with all of the animals that stay at the resort!!

Madison has lived in Ballston Spa her whole life! She graduated from Saratoga Springs high school in 2014 and then graduated with a bachelors of science in Biology in May 2018 from Wells College. Madison's main goal is to attend Cornell's Veterinary Medicine School to obtain her DVM to become a veterinarian. She enjoys playing Division 3 soccer for her college and spending time on Cayuga Lake at her lake house! She has a soft-coated wheaten terrier, named Rufus, who also loves Milton Manor!

Domenica was born and raised in Cheektowaga, NY, a suburb of Buffalo. She graduated from Nardin Academy HS with a regents diploma, and went on to attend Buffalo State College and Erie Community College, where she earned her degree in Criminal Justice. Shortly after the birth of her son, she began working at the Buffalo/Niagara YMCA, and eventually, the Saratoga Regional YMCA when her husband's job relocated the family to the area in January 2011. Her love of animals soon took over, and she began working for the local animal shelter, where she continues to volunteer. Domenica now resides in Ballston Spa with her husband Dave, her daughter Alexa, her son Bryan, and her 4 fur babies, Chili (an orange tabby), Layla (her daughter's tabby/munchkin mix who goes to college with Alexa!), George ( a sheltie), and Lana (her foster pittie mix). Domenica is the current President of the New York National Guard Family Readiness Council, and she is also a volunteer for HOPE (Homes for Orphaned Animals Exists). In her spare time she enjoys going home to Buffalo to visit family and friends, spending as much time outdoors as possible when the weather permits it, and running half marathons.

Jessica was raised locally in Middle Grove. After graduating from Saratoga Springs High School in 1995 with a Regents diploma, she went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Biology from SUNY Geneseo in 1999. Jessica has always had a passion for holistic living and healing, so she recently went back to school to further pursue her passion. In April 2017 she received her Masters of Complementary Alternative Medicine. She is now able to help not only people, but animals as well, to achieve optimum health through holistic medicine. She practices Dynamic Phytotherapy, or homeobotanical therapy, which incorporates the combination of herbs infused with energy. Jessica is currently studying to complete her Masters in Holistic Nutrition. She is excited to be able to help people and animals reach whole health and happiness in a holistic manner. When she is not studying or at work, Jessica loves to spend time with her wife, their two kids and their Weimaraner. They enjoy everything outdoors including hiking, camping, kayaking, gardening and bird watching.

Amanda is currently a senior at Schuylerville High School and has lived in Saratoga Springs her entire life. She is planning on going to University of New Hampshire next year to study Zoology alongside her identical twin sister! Amanda has done dog agility for five years with her Sheltie Crickett and has also showed him multiple times. She also has a Corgi named Grasshopper, a French Bulldog named Luna, and a 17 year old cat named Tigger. During her free time, Amanda likes to go on walks with her dogs, foster animals, play varsity soccer, and watch movies!

Joeetta moved from Massachusetts to North Hebron with her seven siblings in 2002. Upon graduating from Salem Washington Academy in 2007 she received The Memorial Sholarship, as well as The Washington Academy Teachers Association Permanent Art Collection Award. From 2008-2016 Joeetta found success working and showcasing horses in Jamaica Bay, Lucusville OH, and Ocala FL. From seasonal work at Saratoga Race Track, and assisting at the Upstate Equine Veterinary Clinic in 2017 Joeetta continues to educate herself with real world experience and applies her practice of Natural Horsmanship to her rescued horses; Light and Two Sox. She also continues her artistic persuit and is currently illustrating a series of independent children's books which she hopes will help raise awarness of animal abuse and neglect. She resides happily in Greenwich with her dog Rue, cat Willow and two horses.
