Deposit Information for Dog & Cat Boarding at Milton Manor


$100.00 Deposit is required year round for all reservations. **See below for updated policy beginning 10/1/21**.

Your deposit will be required at the time you make your reservation. There are no refunds.

If you cancel your reservation prior to 7 days before your drop off date, your deposit will be left as a credit on your account to be used in the future for any service at any time. No refunds will be given. Deposits will be forfeited if cancellation is less than 7 days prior to your scheduled drop off date.

We can not make a reservation without receiving your deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS. Thank you for your understanding.

All changes to the reservation must be made prior to 3 days of the first scheduled day of boarding. If your reservation is canceled or changes are made to your reservation within 3 days, you will still be responsible for the entire original time reserved.

Your reservation will be guaranteed upon receipt of the deposit.

By submitting your deposit via Gingr or over the phone, you confirm that you have read all of the terms and conditions stated above and agree to the conditions set forth by Milton manor Pet Resort & Spa.

Your deposit will be required at the time you make your reservation. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

Deposit Required:

  • 1 - 3 Days of Lodging = $100 Deposit per reserved space
  • 4 - 7 Days of Lodging = $150 Deposit per reserved space
  • 8 or More Days of Lodging = $200 Deposit per reserved space
  • Cancellation Policy:

  • During Peak Times of the Year: If you cancel your reservation prior to 14 days before your drop off date, your deposit will be left as a credit on your account to be used in the future for any service at any time. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Deposits will be forfeited if cancellation is less than 14 days prior to your scheduled drop off date.

  • During Non-Peak Times of the Year: If you cancel your reservation prior to 7 days before your drop off date, your deposit will be left as a credit on your account to be used in the future for any service at any time. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Deposits will be forfeited if cancellation is less than 7 days prior to your scheduled drop off date.

  • School Season Discounts

    Discounted Rates Apply

    When school is in session there is a $10 per day per pet discount to the base boarding charge for those staying in a Dog Luxury Suite, Studio Suite and Indoor-Outdoor Rooms. On the calendar below, the white days are school season, the yellow days are peak days, the blue days follow the special hours below.

    Boarding Agreement

    Please submit the appropriate Boarding Agreement in order for your pet to stay with us. Please submit electronically by logging into your Gingr portal account.

    Doggie Cams

    Doggie cams are offered as a complementary service to our suite clients. Milton Manor Pet Resort & Spa will not be held accountable for failures due to power outage, technical problems or software issues.

    Available 7 days a week from 10:00am to 11:30am and 3:00pm to 5:30pm.

    No appointment needed.

    **Please Note: Resort is closed to tours during holiday weeks and weekends, mid-winter & spring breaks, and other popular vacation times when the Resort is at capacity with boarding guests.
