Small Animal Boarding Information

While we mainly board dogs and cats, we also board small mammals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, pet rats and small birds.  We unfortunately can not accommodate small animals that require heat lamps, special temperature or humidity requirements.

The only thing we ask is that you bring their housing accommodations and food when leaving them and we will be glad to take care of them for you.

Small Animal Boarding Pricing

All pets should arrive in a carrier or their cage.

Please provide us with their "living quarters", normal food, greens, bedding etc. Anything we will need to care for them during their stay with us.

We do not board large birds such as Cockatoo's, Macaw's, African Grey's etc.

At our boarding facility, your pet is like one of our own. Should a problem arise in your absence, we will perform any necessary treatments to ensure your pet's good health. We ask that you leave an "emergency number" where you will be staying, or that of a relative or friend who would either be able to contact you directly or make a decision in your absence. We use Ballston Spa Veterinary Hospital for small animal emergencies. The Latham Emergency Clinic will be used for emergencies outside of normal business hours. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY EXPENSES OF EXTRA VETERINARY CARE.

School Season Discount

Discounted Rates Apply

When school is in session there is a $10 per day per pet discount to the base boarding charge for those staying in a Dog Luxury Suite, Studio Suite and Junior Suite. On the calendar below, the white days are school season, the yellow days are peak days, the blue days follow the special hours below.

Boarding Agreement

Please fill out the appropriate Boarding Agreement in order for your pet to stay with us. Please submit electronically by signing into your Gingr portal account.
