Whether taking a weekend trip or an extended vacation, we offer the best supervision and care for your pet. Leave your pets care to us. The Milton Manor Pet Spa & Resort is one of the best pet resorts in the area. It is located on over 25 acres of beautiful country in the Saratoga Springs, NY area. It was built from an old horse farm and has been open since 1985.
We realize that there is "no place like home" for your pets and that we can not duplicated the environment to which they are accustomed. However, it is our sincere intent to provide a safe, comfortable and caring environment for them while under our care.
Our staff consist of both part time and full time employees. Some have been with us for over 19 years. All of our employees take great care and pride in caring for your pets while you are away.
Before its time to leave your pet at any pet boarding resort, make sure you feel comfortable with the staff and the facility. It is a very good idea to visit with some resorts before booking your vacation. Only you can decide which is right for you.

Arrival Information
--All pets should arrive on a leash or in a carrier. By everyone doing this we eliminate any unnecessary quarrels between pets. --Your animal will be examined upon arrival at our facility, and if fleas are found, a Capstar or frontline will be given at the owners expense. This is to keep our establishment free of fleas and also protect all of the animals staying with us. --Personal items may be brought with your pet for his/her stay. However, it is requested that you not bring anything expensive or of sentimental value, as sometimes pets damage the items. We are not responsible for loss or damage of any items. Please label all of your pet's bedding with the pet's name and last name. In the case where it may get dirty, this makes it easier to keep your pets items identified when being washed. Please do not bring any bed larger than 3' x 3' unless your pet will be staying in one of our luxury suites and there is ample room. --If your pet is on any type of medication or vitamin supplements, please supply an adequate amount and we will be happy to administer whatever is necessary. Oral medications that can be given with your pets meal are given at no extra charge. However, if your pet needs to be "pilled", needs ear medication, eye medication or topical medication, there will be a nominal fee of $2.00 per administration. Please clearly label the container with your last name, pet's name and dosage instructions. --At our boarding facility, your pet is like one of our own. Should a problem arise in your absence, we will perform any necessary treatments to ensure your pet's good health. We ask that you leave an "emergency number" where you will be staying, or that of a relative or friend who would either be able to contact you directly or make a decision in your absence. We have a veterinarian available for emergencies only. The Northway Emergency Clinic will be used for emergencies outside of normal business hours. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY EXPENSES OF EXTRA VETERINARY CARE. |
