Joeetta moved from Massachusetts to North Hebron with her seven siblings in 2002. Upon graduating from Salem Washington Academy in 2007 she received The Memorial Sholarship, as well as The Washington Academy Teachers Association Permanent Art Collection Award. From 2008-2016 Joeetta found success working and showcasing horses in Jamaica Bay, Lucusville OH, and Ocala FL. From seasonal work at Saratoga Race Track, and assisting at the Upstate Equine Veterinary Clinic in 2017 Joeetta continues to educate herself with real world experience and applies her practice of Natural Horsmanship to her rescued horses; Light and Two Sox. She also continues her artistic persuit and is currently illustrating a series of independent children's books which she hopes will help raise awarness of animal abuse and neglect. She resides happily in Greenwich with her dogs Rue and Revel, cat Willow and two horses.
