Vaccination & Cancellation Policy

All pets must be current on their vaccinations at least 5 days prior to the scheduled date of the grooming appointment. We will send you a notification 7 days prior as well as 6 days prior if your pet is overdue on any required vaccination. If vaccinations are not received by 10am 5 days prior to your appointment, your grooming appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule your appointment once the records are received.


Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. This allows us time to try to book a replacement for your vacated appointment.


"No Shows": In the event of cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to your appointment or "no shows," we reserve the right to add 50% of your grooming as a  service fee per pet to your next appointment. We may also require you to pay for your grooming at the time the appointment is made that is nonrefundable upon cancellation.


Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, or if you are running late for your appointment - please call us at 518-587-6673 before your appointment time. After 15 minutes late without contacting us, you will be charged a $5 fee per pet per additional 15 minute increment and may have to reschedule your appointment. This late fee will be automatically added to your next appointment. If you do not call, the "No Show" fee applies.
